HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We offer a flat shipping fee of $4.99 per order. Right now the shipping is FREE for all orders.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept PayPal payments at this moment. We found it to be the most convenient choice for our customers worldwide. We will add more payment options in the future.

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE AT WOOFEXPERT?

We have done our best to provide you the most secure experience when browsing and shopping at our site. We support encrypted (SSL) browser communication and we DO NOT store any of your payment details.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If we haven't processed your order yet, there's a good chance that we might be able to change or cancel it - please contact us at hello@woofexpert.com and be sure to include order number.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The delivery time consists of two processes - we have to confirm the order first and process the packaging and dispatching of your order. This take 2-3 business days and we will give you tracking number after that. When the package is on the way it takes between 14-21 days to arrive at your location. You can always track your order at our tracking page.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you already have the order tracking number, you can track it at our tracking page.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

We haven't encountered a single case of additional duties/taxes filed for any of our products. We would like to be clear though that we dispatch the packages directly from our china wholesale centers so there is a theoretical possibility of additional duties/taxes based on your country of origin. For more details please check with your local customs agency. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We constantly monitor the quality of all of our products and we work hard to make sure that the products we sell are of the highest quality. However it may happen from time to time that the package gets damaged during transport or otherwise doesn't meet our highest standard. In such occasional cases, please contact us immediately and provide us as many photos or videos of the product showing the problem. We will evaluate the case in 48 hours and we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement.
